What you’ll be doing…
You will responsible for design and development on new software or extension of existing software and recommending design and architecture framework and improvement based on global standards.
- Leading a module from inception to implementation, appropriately balancing priorities/ workload and meeting tight deadlines.
- Performing various Module Lead functions including High level design, Low level design, planning & defining scope, risk analysis, strategic influencing, working with vendors, controlling quality, benefits realization.
- Ensuring business priorities and performance management are integrated throughout the process.
- Building relationships with various proiect/program stakeholders and business partners while identifying areas to add value and to improve performance within the business.
- Assessing the team’s technical skills, potential and effectively allocate task responsibilities to Vendor team appropriately.
- Establishing, communicating and implementing policies and procedures as required to support new/changing business requirements and improve efficiency.
- Establishing and maintaining open door policy and being highly self-motivated with the ability to motivate others.
- Providing regular project/program updates to senior leadership
- Creating new ideas & implementing POC for the same.

Where you’ll be working…
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
What we’re looking for…
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
- Experience in leading IT projects/ programs.
- Knowledge of Dev-Ops (Git, Jenkins, Jira etc.).
- Experience in varying levels of programming abilities that include DevOps, Java, J2EE, React /Angular JS.
- Experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, Oracle.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Any Master Degree.
- Experience in IT – Telecom Industry.
