About the Job:
- As part of AIS, you will be exposed to SAP’s biggest customers and you will support them with technical expertise in the role of Software Engineer.
- The primary objective is to establish you as an expert with product ownership in the role of development support engineer at AIS.
- You will have to build excellent product knowledge as well as expertise in ABAP and ABAP OO.
- You will be working for the Applications Innovation (AIS) organization which supports SAP’s customers for all products in AIS responsibility.

Expectations and Tasks:
- Provide high-quality support to SAP Customers by gaining deep product and technical expertise.
- Resolve customer cases/ incidents at the Development Support level.
- Ensure high-quality corrections and support packages.
- Take Knowledge transfer of new topics/code lines from colleagues within the team at a quick pace.
- Analysis and optimization of complex business processes as well as error analysis in heterogeneous system landscapes with an emphasis on Procurement logistics, distributed via SAP ERP, SAP S / 4HANA, SAP SRM, and Ariba integration.
- High readiness to learn new innovations and technologies of S / 4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Fiori, and others and to apply the expertise in digital transformation to S/4HANA / Intelligent Enterprise.

- ABAP, ABAP webynpro, Fiori.
