Stefanini is looking for 4-7 yrs of experience candidates in Salesforce practice
- Minimum 3 years experience implementing and supporting contact centers in the automotive industry
- Experience in implementing & supporting various call centers and supporting a large scale automotive OEM focusing on not only the customers but also to include Dealers, Suppliers, Fleet, field staff, external service vendors and connected vehicles
- Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise solutions in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Certifications:
o Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
o Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
o Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
o Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Good communication skills and should work independently as a liaison between business partners & Salesforce technical development teams
- Good understanding of Salesforce capabilities and ability to keep up with Salesforce releases and promote adoption of newer out of the box features
- Demonstrated working with senior leadership, BAs, architects and project teams
- Experienced in the Agile Development methodologies
- Application architecture and design patterns
- Must understand the basic framework of an Agile process, its architecture, design, along with the core benefits of an efficient Agile-based software development life cycle.
- Should be experienced in continuous integration in Agile development environment and involved in configuring of the CI systems for generating daily or hourly builds and also integrates execution of unit test cases and other artefacts
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
Salesforce, Lightning components, Knowledge in Coding languages (C#, Java, C++, Java Scripts) and object-oriented design skills, Salesforce APIs such as SOAP, REST, Tooling, and Bulk APIs
Preferred Skills: AutoRABIT, ETL tools, Middleware tools such as Informatica and Mulesoft; SKUID
