Department Overview
The Enterprise Functions team supports the offshoring activities of multiple lines of business and the corporate risk management organization with their needs in current and expected demand for business process risk management. Data Management & Insights (DMI) is transforming the way that Wells Fargo uses and manages the data. Our work enables Wells Fargo to empower and inform our team members, deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, and meet the elevated expectations of our regulators. The team is responsible for designing the future data environment, defining data governance and oversight, and partnering with technology to operate the data infrastructure for the company. This team also provides next generation analytic insights to drive business strategies and help meet our commitment to satisfy our customers’ financial needs.
About the Role
This role within Data Management and Insights team will be responsible for operational management of OFSAA platform of Risk and Regulatory Data as part of eONE initiative. The eONE initiative seeks to build a ‘one number’ instrument data foundation that is complete, reliable, and aligned to the general ledger. The initiative will also establish the authoritative data source for common data elements between Corporate Finance and Corporate Risk management to support in scope risk and regulatory reporting. eONE will create a federated, coordinated set of applications and databases to support risk and finance, which will allow for agile and accurate risk and regulatory reporting and analytics that complies with BCBS 239, G&O and the Wells Fargo Enterprise Data Governance Policies and Standards.
Responsibilities:
This role is for data related activities in eONE covering data mapping/data analysis / monitoring & tracking data loads/issue triaging/documentations. To perform this role, the Team Member needs to coordinate with peers and senior Team Members on day-to-day basis ensuring quality and on-time deliveries. This role gives exposure to Functional and Technical both Areas.
Experience & Educational Qualifications:
- Fresher Role
- Competent qualification in Finance – MBA(Finance)/CA
- Competent qualification in Technology – B.Tech/B.E/ MCA
Functional Skills:
- Brief Understanding of Data and Data Models
- Banking Product Knowledge will be a plus
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge in SQL
- MS Office suite
Other Skills:
- Good Verbal & Written Communication
- Ability & Compatibility to work with US Geography from India Time Zone
- Open to New Ideas & Contribution in Innovation & Automation
