- Job Location: Bangalore or Pune
Service Desk
- Graduation with 15year full time education is mandatory, candidate need to have degree completion certificate with complete mark sheets. No undergraduates.
- Excellent communication skills – CEFR :: B1, C1, C2.
- Minimum 1 year work experience on Service Desk with good knowledge on VPN, O365, remote support, active directory, troubleshooting – printer issues, Bit locker, MS teams, BIOS
- Experience on Service now, Remedy, Control M or similar ticketing tool with knowledge of ticket priority, and severity.
- Knowledge on Service requests and incidents and should be able to communicate the difference between Service Requests and Incidents.
- Knowledge of Incident Management lifecycle.
- Aware of current role SLA and Metrics handled.
- Talents should be based out of Bangalore or Pune.
- Work from Office is mandatory, No option of hybrid and WFH.
Preferred skill:
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills: effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Should have a proven capability to develop software and a desire to continue his/her career as a software developer
- Communicate effectively with functional leads/team members and other stakeholders to arrive at a common goal
- Works with self-direction takes initiative, exercises sound judgment, and discretion, and is capable of complex decision-making in a dynamic work environment.

Things to remember while entering the campus:
