About the internship/job:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Contributing to continuous innovation by helping build new product capabilities 2. Helping to create algorithms and automation for various use cases in recruiting 3. Strengthening and scaling backend engines for search, analytics, reporting, caching, etc. 4. Improving the performance and user experience of back-end and front-end systems 5. Optimizing design and code for performance and scalability 6. Writing reusable and maintainable code 7. Working closely with our product manager and the rest of the tech team 8. Working on responding quickly to customer service issues 9. Working hands-on with deployment and AWS 10. Contributing to maintaining application uptime
