Key responsibilities
Helping groom and maintain the product backlog through continuous process
Engaging with business stakeholders regularly to understand/ gather prioritized requirements, convert them into business requirements and work in a continuous process of refinement through feedback from all stakeholders.
Develop test scripts and create use-case scenarios for product upgrades
Perform business validation and regression testing during Sprints
Assist product owners in managing User Acceptance Testing
Assist in creating supporting documentation and administrative reports (e.g. Test Execution Reports, Status Reports, Dashboards, Metrics, etc.)
Support in deployment activities such as training, development of user guides and manuals, pilot support
Perform application management activities (Admin Activities & Data Validation)
Required skills
Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, managing scrum calls, prioritizing backlog, etc.
Experience with Product Support and Testing methodologies.
Experience working with US clients is a must. Since the position requires significant coordination with US colleagues, the ability to network with US counterparts is important
Advance knowledge in MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Passion for technology, problem solving and client service
Willingness to become a product expert and learn the business that the product supports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
