Key Roles & Accountabilities:-
- Adherence to Safety & Covid protocols issued by the organization
- Responsible for achievement of Primary and Secondary Sales Target (Volume, Infra & KPIs target) assigned
- Responsible to ensure distribution coverage by enlisting new retailers and service them by aligning / restructuring beats
- Maintain strong relations with trade & key accounts and visit key retailers to ensure the business
- Maintain the Inventory and information of all distributors
- 100% compliance of Sales processes, safety and systems
- Maintain MIS related to sales, initiatives and incentives
- Assist in promotions: New Products, consumer offers, promos and follow-up with channel partners, retailers and wholesalers to drive sales
- Assist to SR/DSM in working with retailers on provided sales plan and execution of BTL activities
- On-the-job coaching to SRs/DSMs
- Achievement of KPIs (eg: EC – Effective calls, UBO – Unique billed outlet, PC – Productive calls, LPC – Lines per call)
